Hello All, We are recently facing PDF preview and printing problems. Our citrix server has version Adobe reader 8 version. Our program launches the the some pdf documents.

Recently users have started facing problems while previewing documents and printing them. One change I can see that end users have upgraded to pdf version 10.x. I am very new to citrix can anybody provide me some details and share their experiences. Can different adobe reader versions on client and server can create problems. Hello, Thanks for your reply. 1) PDF sessions are hanging for end users. 2) Some documents are not printed on IP configured printers in customized application So we are thinking their is something different with specific workstations. When user is told to print 'Document as image' from PDF it works.
