Perhaps you need to contact their support about this. I am surprised that 'Sandboxie' does not have a 'white-list' where you can 'exempt' certain processes from its seemingly very draconian regime??? I note that registered users of 'Sandboxie' seem to be able to run [a 'forced'?] program to work not under the supervision of 'Sandboxie'.

In that case try and 'exempt' SketchUp.exe etc. And see if that helps. BUT perhaps its 'free version' lacks this most important of nuances.
