Toastess Popcorn Popper Instructions
We bought our Toastess air popcorn maker on sale as a final sale. Little did we know it was inefficient, only ever popping half of the kernels we put in, and scattering popped and unpopped kernels around our kitchen. After seeing this video, Toastess sent me instructions to disable our $15 popcorn popper and send photographic proof I'd done so then a replacement would be on its way. More than a month and two inquiries later, I learned the replacement was withheld because it turned out they needed a receipt, which I admit I disposed of after I bought the popper. So, no receipt, and a disabled popcorn popper and no replacement unit.
Tired of waiting, we bought a Cuisinart popper last night.
